| Biographical/Historical Note |
This is an oral history interview with Leo Young, conducted by CarmenAnderson on July 22, 1972. Mr. Young began working with the CivilianConservation Corp at the Bear River Bird Refuge in 1929. In this interview, Mr.Young discusses his work with the CCC as well as the plant and animal habitats atthe Bear River Bird Refuge, the problem with botulism in duck species and waterand hunting rights on and around the refuge. |
