| Description |
A collection of photographs and oral history quotes that document the history of the Prisoner of War camp at Defense Depot Ogden that opened in 1943 and closed in 1946. The oral histories were conducted with widows of German and Italian POWs, former guards, and community members that worked with the POWs. |

In planning for these units it was decided to establish a Service Club for the Italians instead of extending the privileges of the American Officer's Club to them. In September 1944 the building in the Quartering Area used by the American Enlisted Men as a clubhouse, was opened also to the ISU. Entertainment was organized with a schedule for seven nights a week |
