| Abstract |
The following is an oral history interview with Judge Cristina Ortega conducted on September 27, 2021 by Kandice Harris. Judge Ortega shares her childhood experiences growing up as a Mexican immigrant in Utah. She shares her experiences as the first in her family to attend college and law school, her career as an attorney, and her involvement with many Utah committees and boards. She also discusses her recent appointment as a Second District court judge. Also present is Alexis Stokes. |
