Abstract |
The following is an oral history interview with George Ford conducted on September 10 and 17, 2019, in his home with Lorrie Rands. George describes some of his experiences growing up in the Great Depression and fighting in World War II as a radio operator on a B-17 Bomber, as well as his life after he got home. Also present is Michael Thompson, the videographer, and George's son, Greg. The following is a video clip of an oral history interview. A full transcript of the interview is available. |
