Show Edward M. Greene 610 Round Hill Road Greenwich, Connecticut 06830 November 15, 1976 Mr. Edmund Littlefield, Chairman Utah International, Inc. 550 California Street San Francisco, Calif. 94104 Dear Mr. Littlefield The enclosed Management Proxy material contains a vote against the merger of the Utah International, Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary of General Electric. I cannot believe that a comparatively few companies for any great length of time will be permitted to control nuclear energy without some form of government regulation. This merger lessens competition. These dire forethoughts of mine, however, do not detract from my respect and admiration for your administration of Utah. Very sincerely, Edward M. Greene |
