Regular meetings shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. 10/27/60 The first meeting of the year shall be the business meeting and the 1/26/1 second meeting a guest night. The written annual reports of the Treasurer and Recording Secre- tary shall be filed for reference in the book of the Recording Secretary. rf Any adopted motions affecting the government of the Club shall be added to the Drama Club Policy Motions in the back of the Constitution Books and listed in the back of the Secretary’s minute book. 4/22/65 Members shall noify the Courtesy Committee of members who are ill or in distress. 4/22/65 Extra copies of the Year Book and Constitution and By-laws shall be retained by the Recording Secretary. 4/22/69 the Corersponding Secretary at the time of the June Breakfast. The Executive Committee, together with by 4/22/69 the Past President, Past Treasurer, and the Chairman for Program, Guest Day, Christmas Party, and June Breakfast, shall meet in August to set up a budget for the coming year and review governing policies. The Past Treasurer shall make a financial report at this meeting. 2/25/71 Should a member be unable to act where assigned, she shall find a replacement. 2/25/71 The Drama Club shall make contributions only to those causes that further the arts, provided such contributions stay within the budget. 2/25/71 The Drama Club Policy Motions shall be printed each year in the back of the Year Book. 2/25/71 Special Events shall be self-financing. 3/25/71 ee Copies of the Year Book will be mailed to sustaining members |
