Working together in this way is enjoyable and profitable. As we watched the casts acting out these plays, we were entertained and enlightened. When our own turn came to play a part, we enjoyed that also, and perhaps learned even more than we did by watching others. On account of illness in the scheduled cast, the play for February could not be given, but Mrs. Evans read, in a beautiful manner, the paetic drama "Wingless Victory” (Maxwell Anderson). The play for March, “Gammer Gurton's Needle” was chosen for public presentation, and in its place Mrs. Morrell entertained the Club at her home, giving a talk on “Porcelains™ displaying her unique collection, brought from Europe and cities in America.
