Following a delicious apple dessert, the meeting was adjourned. In the absence of the secretary, Sophie Richards, minutes of the last meeting were not read, but roll was called by Val Newton. who was acting secretary for the evening. There were 19 members present. President Myrene asked the courtesy committee sustaining of them. Announcements were made that Sophie Richards is better and hopes to be back with us after the first the year. Also, a new library in North Ogden has been mamed for Ardis Piers. Following a blessing on the food given by Geneva Peterson, a delicious luncheon was enjoyed by all. Margaret Farr, chairman of the day, introduced program. Helen Harding played a musical background on the organ, while Margaret Zitzman read a beautiful Emglish Carol. Ruth Darrington chose the lighter side of Christma for her two delightful Harding's beautiful the readings. Nancy Flamm and Joyce Stillwell brought the Christman spirit to everyone with their lovely music of the season. Carolyn Lindsley, accompainied by Helen on the organ concluded the program with a beautiful Christman reading. A special thanks to histesses Margaret Farr, Portia Douglas, Judy Anderson, Mickey Burdett and Margaret Zitzman.
