Divide the tables into five tables or less so each person staffing the registration table will have names for small number of tables instead of looking for names on all the tables. . Coordinate some ushers to escort guests to their tables; since tables are not in a regular order. . Coordinate at least four people to work the registration table so guests will be able to be seated promptly. . Coordinate some youth to direct people to the free parking and have at least two youth directing people to the stairs and elevators so they will not walk all around to the front door . Make a list of the number of chicken and salmon for each table and give to the serving staff so everyone at the table can get their meals at the same time.
