NZBC Mission Ministry Thanksgiving Basket Assembly and Pick-up The members of the Mission Ministry will be assembling Thanksgiving Baskets on Tuesday, November 25", from 6:00 —7:30 p.m. We are asking that those members/persons who completed forms to receive a basket pick up their baskets, if they can, at 7:30 p.m. this same evening. Anyone desiring to assist us with the assembly and delivery of baskets is welcome to join us. The Mission Ministry would also like to thank all of our church family members who graciously donated either monetary or food items. With your help, this annual project will be a success. The lock-in will now be held on January 9 and 10, 2003 at Second. Baptist Church. If the lock-in cannot be held at Second Baptist it will be held at Unity Baptist Church. The lock-in will start at 6:30 p.m. on January 9, 2003 and will end at 10:00 a.m. on January 10, 2003. Dinner and Breakfast will be served. For dinner — there will be Pizza, chips, and j Lemonade. For breakfast donuts, muffins, and__ milk will be served. At the lock-in there will be activities such as a bible bowl, movies, games, etc. There will be different age groups for different activities. The age groups are 5-7, 8-9, 10-12, 13-15, and 16-18. Each group will have a different leader. 5-7 yr. olds not decided 8-9 yr. Olds notdecided 10-12 yr. olds Calvary 13-15 yr. olds True Vine 16-18 yr. olds Sonya Little-John (Unity [unsure}) Each youth is to donate a $3 donation to youth directors. The donations will be used for the dinner. IGBC Youth Director will ask each church what they need to bring according to the amount of people that sign up. Each director is to receive a flyer from the IGBC Youth Secretary.
