All items are free and will be shipped to you at no charge. ASSEMBLE THE DISPLAY - IT’S EASY 1. Unfold the display and carefully place it face up ona table or the floor. 2. Open the’ sample box of cards. The first two cards will have adhesive tape on the back of them. Remove the tape backing and position these 2 cards over their matching pictures on the display. Press firmly on the cards so that the tape adheres to the display. 3. Stand the display upright on the floor. Fold out the two legs on the backside of the display. Fold the 6 locking tabs into the legs which will lock the legs into position. The display should now stand independently. {see illustration below] Tab punches out and folds down to lock easel legs. Fold display legs out 90° Fold 6 locking tabs into the legs. POSITION THE DISPLAY AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS - CHOOSE A HIGH-TRAFFIC LOCATION Place the display in your desired location. IMPORTANT: The display is designed to be a free-standing table top display. It is important to place the display and materials on a table so that it is eye-level with viewers. Additionally, for best results, the display should be placed in a high-traffic, high visibility area such as the church entrance, vestibule, narthex, fellowship area, etc. Place one of the table tents on the display table so that it is very visible. In addition to promoting the cards, the table tents help to clarify that the cards are available to members through the church. Place the remaining table tents and posters in other visible areas throughout the church- meeting areas, office areas, school entrances, libraries, etc. The box of sample cards holds the remaining cards that are pictured on the display. These can be used however you wish. You may want to stand them up on the display table if space permits. They can be positioned with the posters and other table tents. Maybe there’s a nearby window sill that needs decorating. DETERMINE HOW YOU WILL USE THE CATALOGS - CHOOSE WHAT WILL WORK BEST FOR YOU Your promotional approach will determine how you will use the enclosed catalogs and order forms. For instance, if you simply wish to display the promotional materials and ask interested members to turn in their orders, you may want to place all of the catalogs on the display table and ask interested members to take a catalog to order from. If you have chosen a particular group to lead your efforts- such as a youth group or women’s group- the catalogs can be given to the group so they have them to use as they build orders. Of course, you should still use the display, posters and table tents to promote awareness, and can even keep some catalogs on the display table as well. It’s really up to you to choose how to best use the promotional materials.
