Show Toluca, Mex. November 10, 1948 Mrs. Elizabeth Dee Shaw: Dear Sister Shaw, It makes me very happy to write these few words. I know that you have helped me to be here in the Mission and I am very grateful to you. I am trying to do my work in the best way possible because I know that it is for the building up of the work of the Lord. Here in Toluca it is very pretty and very fresh. The Branch is progressing every day. I am very happy to be here and to know that you people in Ogden are helping me to fulfil my Mission. I highly esteem your interest in me and I desire the Lord to bless you. With love, Raquel Morales Oaxaca, Osx. November 14, 1948 Dear Mrs Shaw, The little girl who our ward is sponsoring on her Mission sent this letter to be translated into English and to be sent on to you. I also want to take this opportunity to thank you for the interest you have shown in me and especially for the book. It is a book that I have wanted for some time and when I received it I read it and it fulfilled my desires completely. My parents have told me the interest you have shown for both Raquel and me and I would like you to know that I am very pleased and happy to know about it.
