Show Homecoming 1985. It was a time of excitement and thrills, laughter and anticipation, involvement and satisfacation. Countless hours of planning and organization paid off in big dividends as more administrators, faculty mem- | aaa £m tnaiaa et ‘eee ta alle chelate onan >” AZZ ™ oz bers and students participated in a wide variety of school events before and during the week-long celebration than ever before. Student officers and club officers worked a 12hour Saturday to make decorations for the Commons. Street painting in North Ogden, Eden, Plain City and Pleasant View caught the attention of Weber High alumni and alerted them to the fact that Warrior Pride and Spirit was “Better Than Ever’! Class competition in street painting highlighted Tuesday's activities, as the Junior and Senior classes tied for top honors. Wednesday featured the Homecoming stomp, Thursday’s events began with the annual Homecoming assembly. Highlights included a pantomime by alumni members Dave Cornell and Graham Ehmann, a skit presented by the Drama Club and the Homecoming themesong, “Halfway Home,” sung by senior Nichole Jenkins. Thursday night activities began with the Homecoming parade, organized by Clark Scothern, and culminated with the annual Night Pep Rally, hosted by the Cheerleaders.
