BARBARA SCOWCROFT The Executive Board Planning Meeting was called to order by Barbara Scowcroft, President. There were nine members present. This will give us a working library so that if a play is repeated, the cut version will already be available. Barbara pass on Scowcroft requested that former officers books, etc. to the new officers. The committee for Guest Night reported that members may invite two or three guests. It will be held October 25, 1984, at the Bertha Eccles Center. The cost per guest will be determined later. Luacine Pingree moved that the starting time meetings would be set at 7:30 for the year. Mickey Burdett seconded the motion and the members present voted unanimously. for Marge Taylor, Parliamentarian for the current year has appointed Helen Harding and Athlene Johnson to join her on a constitution revision committee. They will be broadening some of the elements of the constitution to make it a better working document. The budget for 1984 was presented. Helen Harding moved that the members accept the budget as proposed and Helen Plogian seconded the motion. The members voted proposed budget. unanimously to accept the x The program for the evening was "Smal] War on Murray Hill by Robert Sherwood." JoD'Ann T. Dance was chairman for the evening and was assisted by Beth Johnson, Helen Harding and Helen Plowgian. The play surrounded the conflicts of the civil war and the characters were well represented by the committee. Hostesses for the evening were Geneva Peterson, Sophie Richards, Luacine Pingree and JoD'Ann Dance. The meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m. MINUTES OF THE DRAMA CLUB OF OGDEN HELD OCTOBER 25, 1984 BERTHA ECCLES ART CENTER called Annual Guest Night was hostesses for the evening: to President Barbara Scowcroft at 7:45 welcomed the members and guests and the chairman; and Gayle Margaret Zitzman; Richards.
