As you will reeall, we had about decided to dispense with Article V entirely, but,thinking now that there is a good deal, in the arguments put forth in your letter of sometine ago on this subject, we are attenpting to modify the article in such a way intended advantages of this Article that the originally may be retained, but obviating the necessity of getting more to to transfers as time consent eoes on and more stockholders and when more trans- fers will have been made. We therefore think you should have Carrie sign and date the Call & Vaiver, and also the Browning-Olsen *rustees, even though in the latter case Carrie‘s certificate has not yet been returned for transfer.
