The Press Committee shall furnish the Ogden Standard Examiner all correct-information about Club meetings at least two weeks in advance. 2. The die-plate of the Club shall be used on the cover of the Program Books and returned to the Historian-Custodian. 3. Each year the Program Committee shall check before printing the yearbook in order to avoid the more popular civic dates. Another check should be made in September to avoid additional conflicts. Necessary changes should be made at that time. 4. Any adopted motion affecting the government of the Club shall be added to the Drama Club Policy Motions in the back of the Constitution Books, the Year Books and the Secretary’s minutebook. 5. Members shall notify the Courtesy Committee of members who are ill or in distress. 6. Extra copies of the Year Book and Constitution and By-Laws shall be retained by the Recording Secretary. 7. Copies of the Year Book shall be mailed to sustaining members by the Corresponding Secretary at the time of the June Breakfast. 8. Should a member be unable to act where assigned, she shall notify her chairman and obtain a substitute if desired. 9. The Drama Club shall make contributions only to those causes that further the arts, provided such contributions stay within the bud- get. 10. Special Events shall be self-financing. 11. When the need arises, guest performers may be asked to participate with the active Drama Club members, and the Hostess should be notified. 15. Each member should notify the Hostess in advance if unable to attend a meeting. 16. Regular meetings shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. 17. The Club member acting as Treasurer shall be the nominee to the office of Auditor for the succeeding year. 18. Any member absent twice in succession without excuse, shall be advised in writing by the Corresponding Secretary that her membership will be withdrawn if she is unexcused at the following meeting. |
