Show w. ■ ■ I * ' THE IMPRESSIVE MIRROR POOLS front the Pasadena City College campus. With over 6000 students in attendance, PCC boasts one of the most attractive jaycee campuses in the entire nation. Tonight's Game Pasadena returns to the Rose Bowl after the trek to Boise, Idaho, where the Lancers absorbed a 20-7 loss at the hands of the Broncos. Weber College invades the Arroyo Seco Saucer tonight and are looking for an upset in their out-of-state trip. Lancer head man Mickey Anderson sends his two star halfbacks into the game at the same time tonight. Anderson starts with Bobo Reese, the team's leading ground gainer, and 1953 Ail- American JC Ronnie Cunningham at the other half position. Ellis Johnson, regular right half, has stepped down, but Anderson concedes that the former Monrovia High flash will be in the game a great deal. Reese and Cunningham are usually both right halves and Anderson has had a problem as to who to start in any given contest. Hence, with both in at the same time, Weber's Wildcats are destined for a peck of fancy running. Mel Hagmann, an unheralded man in the Lancer backfield, will open at fullback with fast improving Bill Marchese starting at the quarterback slot. Lou Underwood and Denny Levine have received the call for the flanker posts with Ed Rogers and Dave Adams at the tackle slots. Letter- man Jim Mercer, who has vaulted into the starting lineup the past two games, and former All- Navy George Bundy have been nominated for the guard posts. Center George Stassi, a 240-pound letterman, will open at his regular center post. Pasadena has been established as the favorite in tonight's clash, but Weber will be set to play over their heads to capture a victory. The Wildcats have had rough luck all year, but have displayed some fine material and this may be the game where the Weber eleven functions as smoothly as was first expected of them.
