Glad tidings Notice Barbara Kunzler, a member of Whip club last year, helped with Founders Day. MINUTES Meeting was called to order by President Carolym Torgeson. Roll was called. Minutes were read and approved. Carolyn asked all the girls who helped at Founders Day to hand in a record of it. Francis sent the club letters and an announcement to her wedding. It was decided that we should send her a gift and the money was to come from the Treasurery. Jennine Anderson, Elizabeth Nicholson and Marilyn Beers are the committee to purchase the gift. The committee for the Tallent show skit had nothing to report. There is a basketball game tonight and Saturday. Pompones will be given out at 5 oclock in the lounge. Carolyn told us that there were eight girls at the last game and only four in uniform. She said we might go on another trip if we would support the home games. Miss Welling said we are doing all the jobs we are asked to do, but we fall down on the clubs traditional support of sports activities. Pat Olsen suggested we plan an assembly and be able to step in at any time. We decided we would have a excellent tallent show and a greater percentage of the club participation in the activities Carolyn said we would plan for these activities, but the support of the entire membership is needed for success. Jeanniane was formerly a whip member until the wedding bells rang.
