Endurance is the key to the whole game. But our runners are made of that. Whether it’s the 100 yard dash, the 220, the 440, the 880, the mile, or any of the relays, Weber always comes up on top. Coaches Bunnell and Painter demand perfection and the best, and that’s what our boys give them. Cross Country is an early track event. It comes along with autumn and the football season. Coach Wansgard expects Weber to win and the team doesn’t fail him. Track is one of the unsung sports around school, but it’s just as demanding a sport as any of the others and the boys are to be commended for their fine performance |
