Nationwide Cell Phone Test: There will be a nationwide cell phone test of the Emergency Alert System and Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 between 12:18 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. Don't be alarmed it is only a test, no response will be required.
