I have known Nancy for the last four years. She can only be described as complete. Nancy has completely given so much of her time and self to Lambda Delta Sigma Sorority. Nancy has been our past social chairman, past vice president and was chosen as our first Interchapter President at Weber State University last year. The job of Inter-chapter President is a difficult position anyway, but for Nancy, being the first one to serve in that position since the original Lambda Delta Sigma was divided into two groups, she has had the responsibility to correlate all the activities between the chapters and also between Greek Council. Nancy did a marvelous job and did it with a true love and concern for the chapters and all the girls in the chapters. She truly represented the sorority well at all times and places. During her years at Weber State University, Nancy has completely dedicated whatever time and effort was necessary to meet her personal goals of excellence in her academic pursuits; while still having time to do all her other activities. Honor Roll status on the university campus is certainly evidence of her achievement. Nancy has been completely involved in many community service projects during her years in Lambda Delta Sigma Sorority. She was always supportive of the projects and did more than was asked Or required of her. Nancy volunteers as the nursery leader for the Unitarian Church and is the Primary Chorister and a Relief Society teacher in her own ward plus does many other acts of service that are given silently without notice. Service and Activity could be Nancy’s middle name. She has served as assistant to the Executive Vice President this past year and has recently been voted by the Weber State University Studentbody to be the Executive Vice President of the University for 1993-1994. Nancy has also served diligently on the Crystal Crest Committee on campus. She was chosen Personality of the Year by Weber State University and was chosen Homecoming Queen. I feel it truly an honor to know and be associated with Nancy Barrow. She is such an outstanding young woman, she would make a perfect Woman of the Year. Sincerely, a te Joan C.
