The officers of this club shall be a president, vice-president, a recording secretary, a corresponding secretary, a treasurer, an auditor, a custodian. These seven shall constitute a Board of Directors. Section 2. All officers shall be elected by ballot at the annual meeting and continue in office one year. The regular term of all Officers shall commence at the adjournment of the last meeting of the Club year. Section 3. A majority of all votes cast shall be necessary to constitute an election. One-third of the active membership of the Club shall constitute a quorum at any regular or annual meeting, but at no time shall lack of a quorum at a regular meeting prevent those present from proceeding with the program of the day. Article VII— Section 1. This Constitution may be amended at any annual meeting by a two-thirds vote of all active members present, the proposed amendments having been submitted in writing and read to the club at a regular meeting at least two weeks before being voted upon. Section 2. Amendments may also be made at an annual meeting without previous notice by the unanimous vote of all members present. : Section 3. By-laws and standing rules may be adopted, amended or repealed at any regular meeting by a twothirds vote. BY-LAWS Article I—Dues: Section 1. She shall keep a record of all dues paid and shall notify members whose dues are delinquent. She shall incorporate into her annual report a digest of all motions made throughout the year which affect the government of the Club. Section 4. The CORRESPONDING SECRETARY shall notify candidates for membership of their election by ag and in general conduct the correspondence of the ub. Section 5. The TREASURER shall receive all money Section 6. The AUDITOR shall examine the books of the Treasurer before the annual meeting and make a report of her audit. Section 7. The CUSTODIAN shall have charge of all properties of the club except such as are in actual use, subject to the direction of the club. Section 8. The HISTORIAN shall be appointed by the President. Her duties are to be responsible for a record of all activities and present a terse review of the Club’s work for the past year at the annual meeting and file a copy of such a report with the Secretary. Section 9. A PARLIAMENTARIAN shall be appointed by the President. It shall be her duty in case of any question of procedure, to bring to the attention of the Club those provisions of the Constitution, by-laws or working rules that govern the situation, and be familiar at all times with new rules and regulations. Article I1J—Committees: Section 1. There shall be seven standing committees, consisting of three members each. A supplementary report shall be presented to the new officers by the Treasurer and Auditor following the annual luncheon. The Treasurer and Auditor shall make a report at the first meeting in September.
