The Press Committee shall furnish the Ogden Standard Examiner all correct information about Club meetings at least two weeks in advance. 2. The die-plate of the Club or facsimile shall be used on the ee a ae, cover of the Program Books and returned to the Historian Custodian. 3. Each year the Program Committee shall check before printing the yearbook in order to avoid the more popular civic dates. Another check should be made in September to avoid additional conflicts. Necessary changes should be made at that time. 4. Any adopted motion affecting the government of the Club 5. The “Parlor Players” Production should be the program for the Guest Night. 12. Garden flowers should be used as far as possible as decorations. A little extra can be added to the price of meals if needed for favors, etc. 13. All bills should be sent to the club Treasurer immediately for payment. 14. When the need arises, guest performers may be asked to participate with the active Drama Club members, and the Hostess should be notified. 15. Each member should notify the Hostess in advance if unable to attend a meeting. 16. Regular Meetings shall begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. 17. The Club member acting as Treasurer shall be the nominee to the office of Auditor for the succeeding year. 18. Any member absent twice in succession without excuse, shall be advised in writing by the Corresponding Secretary that her membership will be withdrawn if she is unexcused at the following meeting. 19. The Corresponding Secretary should send a Christmas Greeting and a spring note to sustaining members to include an announcement of the Christmas Party and the June Breakfast. _2- SS = , —— — ——— 6.
