I, your Lord, even Jesus Christ, who is Son Ahman, the Beginning and the End, the Creator of heavens and earth, who upholds all people in their place, who has all power, who seeth and knoweth all things, and nothing is hidden; who dwells in the eternal vision of the power of Celestial Godhood over all creation, who hath redeemed all mankind from the grave, by whose power all things exist and continue — I, the Lord, speaketh to the people of the earth, to the leaders of all nations: 2. You have not heeded my word in the warning I have sent forth, saith the Lord, to make peace among nations and not use your militaries in aggressive ways against your own peoples, nor against other nations, especially those nations who have sought, in a violent way, attacks upon nations who have not attacked them in kind. 3. This is the will of the Lord. If you heed me not, as my Spirit withdraws from those of darkened nature who will not heed their God, the powers of darkness shall lead the leaders of nations and the peoples of nations unto the great war mine apostle John my Beloved testified of in that new book of New Testament recording, yea, one-third part of the earth, of the population thereof, destroyed by their own violent ways. 4. And I, your God, have declared that if you will heed my word, your nation can be a surviving nation, by drawing into your lands your militaries, destroying your armored vehicles, as a witness 5. you will make peace; and becoming a more pure and noble nation, not allowing those in power to uphold laws of the murder of unborn children, of Sodom, and of adultery, and licentious and corrupt ways. 6. And as you remove those outward evils, I have promised the more righteous of your peoples shall be of a surviving nature in the day of greater judgments soon at hand; yet you heed me not. 7. The great war shall take place if you heed me not, though I, a God of love and peace, who shall reign among the children of men personally, with the powers of heaven coming to earth with me in my glory and mighty power, to the knowing of all surviving nations; I, the God of heaven, shall establish a thousand years of peace upon the earth, binding satan through the righteousness of the people responding to my word, yea, a righteousness revealed of thy God and joyfully lived through agency. 8. Thus is the will of the Lord to hear my warning again: 9. You see the upheaval in nations, leaders fearing their own peoples, and now unrest spilling into other nations. 10. Remove these wicked laws that allow these heinous crimes, for many leaders have joined in secret combinations with the rich, with those of illegal practices, seeking riches and powers to gain and keep power; and it will not stand as a just God executes full justice upon any peoples who continue in these terrible sins that cannot be in any nation in the day of great peace when I shall reign on earth. 12. And the wicked shall fear and tremble at my coming, for I have sent mine own word through my servant on earth, and through mine own words preserved and published throughout the earth in that Bible of sacred keeping, even the testimonies of the prophets and apostles of old; and I am a God at hand. 13. Darkness covereth the minds of the people of the earth, because when I send my word, they heed me not, thus turning away from the God of glory who created you and the earth and gives you life — all things — both in what is termed nature, even in your own organization, and all things in heaven and on the earth testify of an intelligent God, creating all things; establishing laws of governing, of kingdoms, in plant life, animal life, and among the children of men; 14. For the children of men are children of God, sent to earth to receive an earthly body for their spirits, to purify and to prove they will choose good and overcome evil; 15. And my Spirit is sent forth to touch the hearts of all peoples on the earth to give them enlightenment and knowledge of good from evil. 16. And according to the laws of righteousness they have received, in their mortal lives and in their present enlightened way of laws of principles of righteousness, so shall they be judged, even eternally, in the day of the resurrection. 17. And I, a God of eternal power, have declared my word through my servant Joseph Smith in the day of his being on earth, now published in Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price, and other writings of my servant Joseph Smith of my sacred revealing — that I am a God who revealeth Himself from the heavens to a living representative on earth; and my Priesthood, Church, and Kingdom hath continued through a true and faithful line of Priesthood authority I have authorized on earth, giving you the names, that you may know my Priesthood continues: 18. And now you know, saith the Lord, that I am with my servants; and their testimonies are recorded on earth in the many sermons and teachings of authorized publishings through my Church and Priesthood. 22. Verily, thus saith the Lord: The Book of Mormon is true. Mine Doctrine and Covenants is mine own word, that which was revealed through my servant Joseph Smith, Jun., and my servant Brigham Young contained therein; and my testimony of Zion's mission is upon the earth and among the children of men, well published. 23. Missionaries were sent forth in the day my revelations were received, and lo, these many years have been in the hands of the peoples of the earth who would seek the same, and you heed me not. 24. And I have caused mine own word to be received and sent to the leaders of nations and the peoples of the nations of the earth, of recent receiving and sending, and you heed me not. 25. And I labor with the peoples of the earth according to their understanding; and I speak in the language of men to my servant to your understanding, and to the understanding of any who will seek the interpretation thereof, in your own tongue, as you thus seek unto eternal truths from your Eternal God, your Creator, saith Jesus Christ. 27. I have called upon you to make peace and be prepared for the rise of New Jerusalem as my Zion on earth, on the continent of North America. 28. I created the earth. You know even the revolutions and movements of the earth and the planets follow a regular time, showing the order of my creating, an almighty power. 29. Awake! Repent ye, repent ye, before the day of greater judgments cometh. 30. And I shall be justified, saith your God, because I have sent my word of warning. 31. And if you heed me not, I, a God of truth and righteous and holy and perfect way, shall fulfill my word. 32. This is the word of the Lord. As I have spoken, so shall I fulfill. 33. The heavens weep over the peoples of the earth, though my word is given to plain language and understanding, being used to enlighten thy minds of that which is nigh at hand. 34. Nevertheless, a day of righteousness shall soon dawn upon all the earth in the rise of Zion and New Jerusalem; and old Jerusalem shall be rebuilt after the devastating war in the land of old Israel. 35. And mine Israel shall be gathered; and my Zion shall be the governing city and power over all the earth, and nothing can stay mine hand; 36. For any nation opposing my Zion shall be humbled by great judgments, until they humble themselves to bow to my righteous rule, saith the God of Creation, even Jehovah Christ, the Beginning and End. 37. Your very breath of life is of my free love-giving, saith the Lord to all peoples, nations, kindreds, and tongues. 38. Life and death are before you, and I offer you eternal life through obedience to my commandments in my Gospel of salvation through my authorized Priesthood on the earth. 39. Therefore, hear my word: 40. Make peace. Prepare for my messengers of salvation to come into your nations and lands, that I may preserve your peoples against a day of my coming, being known by the power of the shaking of the earth; 41. For before my glorious appearing, the sun shall be darkened and the moon be turned to blood, and parts of the earth will return, seeming to be the stars falling from heaven. 42. For I, the Lord, have all things in hand, in the heavens and the earth, and speaketh to my children on earth to hasten to prepare, being justified by sending forth my Gospel of salvation lo, these many years, and preserving my Church and Kingdom upon the earth; and soon to restore the full work of Zion's mission, of earning -- each one who will receive my message of salvation — their eternal salvation; for my Priesthood, revealed from heaven, restored to earth, shall continue administering blessings and ordinances of everlasting life. 43. And though with persecuting zeal the wicked have fought against my Church and Kingdom since the days of my restoring my Priesthood upon the earth, through the instrumentality of my servant Joseph Smith, I have preserved my Priesthood on the earth, and my Priesthood shall continue unto my glorious appearing in the powers of heaven coming to earth to govern the earth. 46. Oh, that ye would hear my word; for I shall fulfill that which I have spoken, to the salvation of many souls yet unborn, to come forth in a day of righteousness and peace. 50. Men's hearts shall fail them who continue in these wicked practices I have declared you must not perform in your nations and peoples and lands, and among them. 51. It cannot be continued in my day of my coming, for I shall remove all such wicked practices from the earth, saith the God of heaven, through my judgments, which are just, because I have warned thee lo, these many years. 52. Now seek unto thy God in a prayerful walk. 53. Heed my published word I have sent forth. 54. Read my Policies of Governing Power published therein to know how your laws must be of a more righteous way, for justice and equity to be served on all peoples, for happiness to be reachable, obtainable in every nation; because thy God shall reign, and all shall willingly acknowledge my right to rule, being the God of Creation over all things. 55. And I, the Lord, send this, my word, as it were a final warning, that I may be justified in sending forth my judgments if you heed me not, to preserve the more righteous in every nation, and to clean my land of Zion of all wickedness, that Zion, the New Jerusalem, may rise unopposed by any earthly power. 56. For I shall be with mine elect, and they shall heed my voice and do my will, saith your God, the God over all peoples -- Jehovah Christ, who is Son Ahman, even Jesus Christ, who hath redeemed you from the grave, who will raise you up in the resurrection, even all peoples of every time of the earth, to answer for their deeds done in the flesh before a just God, who shall reward thee according as your works have been. 57. And nothing is hidden from me, causing the wicked to tremble in the day of judgment, knowing of their evils. 58. Little children I have redeemed, who 59. pass on to the world of departed spirits in their young years; and they shall have an everlasting salvation; for I am just — having died before the age of accountability, and their reward shall be glorious. 60. Yet those who knew my Gospel of salvation was among the children of men, who would not heed my word, having opportunity to receive of the same, great shall be their mourning and lamentation in the day of judgment, in the day they are raised from the grave to stand before your Lord to be judged according to the measure they have measured to their fellow man. 61. And this message of salvation shall go forth, and nothing can stay mine hand. Amen. 62. I, the Lord, direct further: 63. The NATO nations must cease their attack, having become aggressors, now three times in coalitions of unity against nations who did not attack thee. 64. And these three witnesses come up before the heavens of your violent and unjust ways; when I, the Lord, have commanded you to cleanse the inside of the platter, your own peoples and laws, to not permit the murderous spirit to be among you, of the murder of unborn children; and the corrupt, immoral ways of Sodom and adultery; many leaders of the nations joining in secret combinations, with secret crime syndicates, to keep and maintain and gain power and influence on the earth; and nothing is hidden from thy God. 65. And I shall reveal your secrets in a day to come, which shall be spoken upon the housetops; for you are promoting — you who have military power to keep peace among nations and within your borders of righteous ways — as you use that power to attack nations who have not attacked thee, you are not justified before the heavens, and you shall be broken up in your coalition, not being a defensive organization, but now becoming an offensive, attacking organization. 66. Thus, awake! and be a repenting nature against the day of judgments nigh at hand, that I may preserve the more righteous among your peoples, of any nation who will turn to your God and overthrow these gross crimes I have named in this communication, that dwell in most nations of the earth. 71. I, the Lord, have spoken it. Amen. We give our names to the peoples of the earth and the leaders of nations as witness this is verily the word of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, to the leaders of the nations of the earth and to all peoples of the earth, that He is a God of love and salvation, who sends forth His word of warning that people may live their lives to earn blessings; and to be justified, yea, a God of glory justified to send forth cleansing judgments upon those who will not heed His word. I who is over all things, by whom all things were created, and by whom all continue in organizing power of existing in present personal sphere of action; even Jesus Christ, Son Ahman, the Beginning and the End, speak to all peoples on the earth, now to learn of a judgment of full power of my sending; a storm of great destructive power upon the nation of United States in America, even my nation of my coming to build New Jerusalem. 2. This shall paralyze many parts of thy nation for a time, causing great distress, to show thee I have spoken warnings of recent sending; and that as I speak, so shall I fulfill. 3. Such shall be the result of this devastating storm. 4. You shall know it is of my power sent to humble my nation of soon removal if they continue in murder of unborn children, and Sodom and immoral ways not of the pure way of my coming; for I must cleanse all nations of these sins to allow them knowledge of my presence on earth as Ruler and Eternal Power. Let now there be only my people to dwell on my consecrated lands where they have been removed out of the hands of my Priesthood, now of tribute to ungodly ruling board by court appointment; unjust court interfering in my true religion; thus breaking the law of constitution religion freedom guaranteed. 25. Let also my Priesthood in prison go free, as they only have done my will in abiding Celestial Plural Marriage by my own will revealing my law to be lived by them. 26. No governing power on earth of authority, especially where religious freedom is of constitutional guarantee, can be of an interfering power in religion of my guiding. 27.
