He ™ attended the Church of God in West Ogden. At the age of 16 he was introduced to drugs where shortly after he began to sell them. Over the next 14 years, his reputation grew as one of the biggest drug dealers in Ogden, but through everything, his father and mother, Joe and Delilah Gutierrez remained faithful in praying for their sons’ return to the Lord. In 2002 God’s plan started to unfold when Chris met Stephanie Gallegos (Gutierrez now) and Shortly after was blessed by God with a daughter Falicia Gutierrez, who was the key to God’s plan. While dedicating Falicia in the church of God, a sermon was preached about an ex-drug dealer now turned Evangelist. Chris knew it was God speaking to his heart. Shortly after, Chris & Stephanie both came to Christ, then led by the Holy Spirit to Second Baptist Church where Pastor Charles Petty is their pastor. He is now a Youth Minister, Associate Minister, and in charge of the Millcreek Ministry, where over the last year, 24 e€x-gang members have been lead to Christ. He also has 2 sons Joseph Gutierrez (10) and Jonathon McCubbin (14). He is giving the gang members and drug-dealers in the community the Word in hopes that they will want to make the change to come to Christ. Chris loves the Lord and has a heart for winning souls.
