As you are aware, this Council has existed almost a year and we have all had an opportunity to "feel" our way. It is time that we become a positive and viable force in the community. The Federal Regional Council is composed of the Directors Regional Office agencies. The purpose of the Council was a letter to all Governors concerning the Federal Regional responsibilities.
