Biographical/Historical Note The following is a video clip from an oral history interview with Jim Fain. "I went to grade school at Isaac school and had a friend there who participated in junior rodeo. His name was Jimmy Emerson and he exposed me to junior rodeo which is that first photograph in there. That Jimmy Emerson talked me into entering this rodeo. You’re supposed to be 12 years old, I was 13, I lied. I fell off the calf and it hurt, but that was the start of it."
