They were named at a squad meeting following practice Monday night. Randall is a lineman and Williams is a backfield performer. Wildcats to Open Season Ticket Drive on Thursday Chamber of Commerce and Luncheon Club Teams To Assist Students in $10,000 Goal; Kick-off Dinner Initiates Mammoth Program Ogden's community football drive for better attendance at Weber College games this season was outlined at a "kick- off" dinner in the college cafeteria last night. More than 40 business men responded. Leonard G. Diehl, general chairman, outlined the general plan for - the ticket drive, which opens Thursday morning and closes late Friday afternoon. The goal is $10,- 000 worth of season ducats. Rev. John Edward Carver told of early football experiences and of the change in the style of play. He also urged Ogdenites to get back of the football program at Weber college during 1946 and in seasons to come. President H. A. Dixon of Weber college thanked the business men for their cooperation. He invited all of them to attend the first football assembly of the year Friday, September 27. When teams canvass seventeen districts of Ogden Thursday and Friday, each team will be com-prised of two business men, a coed and a male student of Weber college. The teams have been drafted as follows: Team one Norman Darnbos, Walter Wall, Shirley Chandler and Fred Stringham. Team two Hal Armstrong, James Raat, Beth Willey and Dick Farr. Team threeR. D.
