The first thing Monday morning a number of former students who had not been on the campus for years called to visit the school, see their old teachers and re-live the pleasant experiences of their youth. One p-ominenl physician upon being surrounded by old friends said, "This is what 1 live for." A second alumnus said, "Where do you put all of these people? Even with lour buildings that you did not have when I was here, you are crowded out. We alumni musl help the school expand." A third proffered the information that he had moved his family from the East for ihe sole purpose of having his children attend his Alma Maier. Judging Irom the way the week began, Ihis will definitely be a "Visit the School" week, and such we want to make it. While this was not planned as a Homecoming Week but only as a Homecoming football game we invite all the alumni to visit the school all week including Thursday, there being no school on Friday on account of U. E. A. meetings, The lootball game with Pasadena Friday night, the stunts and student spirit between halves at the game, and the (ree dance at night will be a satisfying climax to whal I hope will be a most satisfying Homecoming to hundreds of our alumni. The Alumni Association, under the able leadership of Junius Tribe, is an integral pari of the Institution and is conspicuous in the role it is playing to bring about the expansion program which the Institution is inaugurating. -H.
