December 21-A playlet with nominees for queen of Acorn Ball taking part. Carma Thatcher, Ethel Holmgren "and Veda Wright are nominees with Grant Ellis, Charles Emmett and Casper Woods as the partners. December 22-Acorn Ball held in the gymnasium. An annual occurrence supervised by members of the Acorn Staff Ball room arranged to resemble a cabaret and decorated with poinsettias and red and green lights. Orchestra pit covered with fir boughs.
