Show Hiram H. Tracy OGDEN—Funeral services for Hiram H. Tracy, 40, former Ogdenite and World war veteran, who died Friday in Blackfoot, Idaho, will be conducted here Tuesday at 11 a. m. in Lindquist & Sons mortuary chapel by Bishop Melvin J. Woods of Clearfield L. D. S. ward. He was born August 14, 1898, in Oregon to Mr. and Mrs. Loren Tracy, but resided most of his life in Ogden. He served at Camp Lewis and the San Francisco Presidio as a corporal during the World War. Mr. Tracy was a member of Herman Baker post No. 9, American Legion, and a former member of the D. A. V. at Boise, Idaho. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Eva Jorgensen Tracy of Blackfoot ; his mother, Mrs. Rosa Clarke of Portland, Ore. ; four sisters and a half-brother, Mrs. Mark Yeoman, Mrs. James Buchanan and Mrs. Earl Bryson and Harvey Clark of Portland and Mrs. LaMar Hyatt of Boise, Idahoo. Military honors will be accorded at graveside in the American Legion plot of Ogden City cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary chapel Monday and Tuesday prior to services. |
