Sister Liggtns 45 the mother of three sons and two daughters and 45 marrited to Dr. N. L. Liggins. <= | A Sister Liggtns moved to thts area tn May 1979 unhen her husband accepted a call to pastor the New Zton Baptist Church here in Ogden. She is presently empLoyed by Ogden CAP as Nutrttion Coordinator and Acting Director. Her communtty activities include betng a member of Elmira Chapter, Onder of the Eastern Star, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, and the Mentsters Wives Auxtktary of the National Baptist Convention of Amertea. , She began her career in Civil Service tn 1942 with Sister Connte Liggins the War Department and netined in 1970 from the Department of the Atr Force after 28 years of ckvilian service. Among her posrtrons held 4n Federal Service are Supervisor of Meexctary Personnel, Staffing Specitaksist, and Personnel Assrcstant. She has also been employed by Southwestern Bekk Telephone Company, Oklahoma City, as Sentor Engineer Aide; Bookkeeper for Communtty Actton Resource Services, Texarkana Community College; and Reference Librartan for East Texas State Universety, Texarkana, Texas. |
