The following is an oral history interview with Sara Meess conducted over Zoom by HallieKate Briggs on January 21 and 28, 2022. Sarah discusses the development of Ogden's Nine Rails Creative District and related projects, as well as her part in them through her work in Ogden City's business development department. |
