In 1981, drill ream was accepted through the Urah High School Activities Association as a competitive sport with region, all-stare, and stare competitions in four major categories: stylized military, dance, prop, and novelty. | feel rhar the 1987-88 Warriorettes are the most talented dancers | have had the chance to advise. Their strength is the ability to tackle difficult raslks, rhen practice and perfect withour question or complain. The Highlight of this year’s competition is the U.S.A. nationals in Anaheim, California where the Warrior- ettes placed sixth in the nation in military last year. There is no comparison to the closeness we experience in Warrioretres. Their dedication to academic, moral, and social excellence exemplifies whar true Weber Warriors they are.
