I drop you a note, as a stockholder, to congratulate you on what you have achieved. The vote on the merger into General Electric, which will be taken on the 15th, will no doubt result in an overwhelming approval and will come about, based upon the arrangements which you have so carefully engineered. This will mean the end of Utah International, Inc. as a publicly held company, even though it will remain as an operating company. This, indeed, becomes an important landmark and is made possible only by the outstanding leadership and achievement in Utah. The 1976, 4th Quarter and Fiscal year Earning Report recently sent to stockholders is another outstanding example of good management. It must make you feel very good that Utah can announce that it has achieved in the 4th Quarter of 1976, a quarterly earnings record of all time for Utah and has concluded the twelth consecutive year of record earnings for the Company.
