She purchased additional shares from other brokers in subsequent years, and of course the majority of her stock was issued as a result of the stock splits. Today she has 3,620 shares and voted against the merger. In 1963 Ina S. Robie purchased 100 shares from Merrill Lynch. These shares were transferred in 1966 to Ina S. Robie & Edwin H. Robbins, and subsequently in 1968 to Edwina Robbins. Also in 1968, 100 shares were transferred from Ina S. Robie & Ina R. Robinson to Ina R. Robinson. Ina Robinson purchased 200 shares in 1964 and 1965 from brokers, and today has 1800 shares, which she voted against the merger. Ina Robinson resided at 926 Taber Avenue in Yuba City in 1966 and today she lives in Auburn. Edwin H. Robbins resided at 926 Taber Avenue in 1966 and now lives in Auburn. Edwin has 1150 shares today and did not vote. His shares were originally purchased form brokers, with the exception of 100 shares transferred from Ina S. Robie & Edwina R. Robbins in 1968. Ina S. Robie does not own any Utah stock today. There are also two Edwina R. Robbins custodian accounts, both containing 75 shares. These shares were transferred from Edwina R.
