Show SAT. MAY 15, 1897 Finish up cleaning house. Lizzie goes home to stay this afternoon so will be alone for a few days. Iron, Bake, etc. SUNDAY 16 Expected Uncle Ezra Clark and wife up to visite today but they did not come. Dr. Took Mrs. Steele, Annie Leila, Oertel, and I for a drive up Ogden Canon. It was grand All took dinner at Ezras place Came home in the afternoon & practiced some. Dr. is called out of town. Mrs. Steele stays all night with us. She and Dr. talk religion until late, MON. MAY 17, 1897 Get up late. Get my work done up, have a cold dinner after which I practice Dr. is busy does not come home until nine P. M. Baby is good today has not run away once. Weather fine. TUESDAY 18 Still with out help. Get breakfast etc. Oertel attended Mable Rollaps 5th birthday party. Had a lovely time. Dr. brung old lady Odell home to dinner She stayed the afternoon. Mrs. Steele called for a few minutes today.. |
