Show UTAH CONSTRUCTION/UTAH INTERNATIONAL 2006-2007 15 month calendar For nearly a century Utah Construction/Utah International played a major role in the economic and historical development of Utah and the American West. Tracing its roots to its beginning in Ogden, Utah, in 1900, by the time it merged with General Electric in 1976, it had become world-wide in scope. This calendar-created for the descendents of the companys founding families-captures some of the important dates in the history of the company and the lives of those most closely associated with it. It is presented as a way of further marking the companys rich history at the Sixth Annual Utah Construction/Utah International Symposium, October 4-5, 2006. Help us identify other landmarks for the past as we continue to celebrate Utahs amazing history in the years to come! |
