Joyce, of the Ninth Service Command, will visit the Utah Army Service Forces Depot, Saturday afternoon, August 28th, to present the "T" Award at an appropriate and fitting ceremony. George L. Bates, was elected civilian representative to receive the award. Mr. Bates, a native son of Utah and a resident of Logan, Cache county Utah, personifies a typical working man, and as such will represent the employees of this Depot. He was elected at a free election held Wednesday by the Civilian Personnel and won this distinct honor.
