Along with a new college administration has come increased opportunity for students to serve and to participate in decision making processes. Student government thus has not merely performed the function of providing for social needs, but has had increased responsibility in representation. We have also expended a major portion of the ASWSC budget pursuant to emphasizing academic excellence among students. We have come to know the greatness of Weber State. This stature exists because of it's people. Our sincere thanks goes to the students, members of the faculty and staff, and administrators who have diligently worked to better this institution. We are grateful to have been colleagues in the process of education. We extend our best wishes to the class of '79 and to the future of Weber State College. Greg L.
