Show December 14, 1976 Robert W. Barker, Esquire Wilkinson, Cragun & Barker 1735 New York Avenue, N. W. Washington, D.C. 20006 Dear Bob, I shall treasure your letter of December 8. Tomorrow is the special shareholders meeting and as is the way with corporate democracy, the outcome is clearly signaled in advance. The proxies indicate that the shareholders overwhelmingly favor the merger but among the one half of one percent who seem to feel otherwise I have had some comments less complimentary than yours. In these circumstances your letter is the more welcome.
