That Val A. Browning, President M. A. Browning, Vice President M. Bigelow Browning, Vice President Matt S. Browning, Vice President (Above individuals may sign singly) of this company be and they are hereby authorized to effect loans from time to time for and on behalf of this company from the First National Bank in St. Louis and to renew or extend such loans from time to time; and for such loans (and any and all renewals and extensions) to National Bank in St. Louis, chattel mortgages and other pledge as security for such extensions thereof) the make, execute and deliver to stocks, bonds, bills of August, 1948 said First the promissory notes, endorsements, obligations of this company, and to loans ( and any and all renewals or endorsements, receivable, warehouse receipts and other property of this company.
