Show January ir, c/o st. 28, 1932, Je E. Russell, Browning Arms Company, Louis, Missouri. Tariff Dear J. E.:3 Looking forward to Val's being able to get the §24.50 Super thought it would be just as well for beth you and he to begin thinking about the 'tariff' feature. We could again get Mr. Rafter to handle the matter as we did in establishing the tariff basis for the present Super, but I understand he is now on a 'fee basis’ that is such that we will be charged for everything he does for us. Both your files and Val's should be guite complete on the matter, I imagine unusual caution will be necessary, due to the fact that with a $24.50 gun there will only be fifty cents margin to work on, and a slip or two with regard to taxes, packing or some other technicality may throw us over the bracket. | well to This may seem premature, but thought suggest that you both bear the matter Sincerely, it in would mind, be just as |
