Show ABOUT OUR SPEAKER - Sister Henrene Waller was born in Okolona, Mississippi, the oldest of eight girls and two boys born to the late Henry and Bessie White. She accepted Jesus at age nine. She is thankful for parents who encouraged her to study God’s word through the Sunday School, Young People’s Union, and regular church worship. — Sister Waller praciinted from Aberdeen Colored High School and Okolona Junior College with the Associate of Arts Degree in Elementary Education. She later moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she met and married Brother Frank Waller, whose proud wife | she has been for 39 years. The Wallers are parents of six sons and two daughters. Their son, Michael, is an ordained minister and pastors a congregation near - Seattle, Washington. She has worked for the federal government for 24 years and presently holds the position of contract administrator with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Denver. She is a world traveler, having accompanied throughout a 20-year military career. in her husband Sister Waller is a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Denver - where she serves as Deaconess Chairperson. She has taught - intermediate students in the Sunday School for sixteen years. Sister Waller says she is proud of many things, but she is most proud that "e is a born again Christian. _ The Wallers presently reside in Denver (Arvada), Colorado. |
