Show 33- The taxes due or paid in excess by year-end are payable or refundable upon filing of the annual tax return. 50. Taxpayers who can elect the _tax on combined income: Taxpayers with annual income in excess of US$5,760 can elect to have their income subject to this tax in order to take the allowable exclusions and deductions. Nevertheless, it should be kept in mind that once an election has been made to become subject to this tax, the individual is indefinitely subject to this tax unless his annual income is below US$5,760. |
