SCRIBULUS In its second year SCRIBULUS, the quarterly literary magazine has continued its endeavor to maintain a standard of excellency for publicationthat the appearance in its columns of the work of those contributing shall be, in itself, an appreciation of their efforts and encouragement of continued effort and an incentive to those with latent ability.
