Show OGDEN, UTSH, THURSDAY JANUARY 6, 1921 Presentation of Tercentenary Is Hugh Success ‘‘Triumph of Tomorrow’ Plays to a Full House Mrs. McKey is to be Congratulated For Her Excellent Work ———— Every loyal Weberite saw the 'Tercentenary Pageant, whether from the heights of the gallery or the dignity of a box. Every ‘Weberite knows the tremendous success ‘our drama achieved. J The hours and hours of work put in by the students and directors was ifully repaid by the tributes given to the finished production. The knowledge that the $1,000 drive was also put over should recompense Mrs. McKey and her workers. The theater was crowded and the spectators were given two hours of enjoyment. Everything went off with a smoothness which told nothing of the necessary turbulance bethind the scenes. To all who took part belongs a large part of the thanks for the suecess of the drama. Without their cheerful co-operation the project could not have been staged. Also the Weberites in the audience should be commended for their splendid attitude. Although it is mirth-provoking and not a little surprising to see one’s best friend femerge suddenly in pink tights and a short simple dress (if Puritan it is a costume boy), or (if hap- it in pens to be a social butterfly), the audience did not make any demonstrations or in any way mar the success of the evening. No one can praise any one part of the pageant to the exclusion § of others. The dancing much enjoyed, as | Puritan maidens ' pioneers. |.
