December, 3, 1876. The brethern met agreeable to appointment at the School House to organ¬ize a Cooperation Lime Institution, on motion of David Robison and second by Conrad Smith. W.M. Parker was appointed Chairman of the meeting, carried. It was also motion and seconded that David Robison act as Clerk of the meetings,carried, on motion of W.M. Parker ,seconded by Henry Rock, David Robison,Conrad Smith and George Heiner act as a Committee to get up a Constitution and frame by laws for said institution and report at the next meeting,carried. on motion of W.M. parker, seconded by George Heiner, this meeting be adjournd,from this eving three weekes, carried unanimous. The brethern met agreeable to appointment in North Morgan destrict for the purpose of organizing a Cooperation Lime Institution, on motion of David ftobison, Conrad Smith was called to act as Chairman, W.M.Parker being absent, the minuts of the last meeting were read by Clerk, which were excepted. The chairmen then called upon the clerk to read the constitution of the institution, which was excepted, carried unanimous, on motion of uenry Rock, seconded by Daniel Robison, David Robison was chosen as Pre¬sident of said institution, carried unanimous, on motion of George Heiner seconded by Martin Heiner, James worlton was chosen vice President of said institution, carried unanimous, on motion of Martin Heiner, seconded by Conrad smith ,Henry Rock was chosen as a Director of said institution,carried unanimous, on motion of Daniel Robison, seconded by Martin Heifer, W.M. Parker was chosen Director, Carried unanimous, on motion of Henry Rock seconded by Anthony Heiner, Daniel Robison was chosen as Director,carried unaimous. on motion of Henry Rock, seconded by Daniel Robison, Conrad Smith was chosen to act as Secetary, carried unanimous, on motion of Henry Rock s econded by Conrad Smith, Martin Heiner was chosen to act as treasurer, carried unanimus. on motion of Anthoney Heiner, seconded by David Robison, henry Rock was chosen to Superintend the building of the Lime Kiln,carried unanimous, on motion of Conrad Smithy seconded by David Robison, that George Heiner act as agent for said institution, carried unanimous. It was moved and seconded that the Share Holders will pay Henry Rock, Conrad Smith and Daniel Robison, sixty dollars for the Lime Kiln and clame around it. Thirty dollars to be paid when posesion is given and the other thirty dollars in Shares in the institution, carried unanimous. it was motion and seconded, that the Masion gets too dollars and twenty five cents per day, carried unanimous, it was motion and seconded ,that labourer gets one dollar and fifty cents per day, carried unanimous. it was motion and seconded that a man and team gets three dollars per day, carred unanimous, it was motion and seconded that we a low ten dollars a ton for coal on Shares, carried unanimous, it was motion and seconded that this meeting be adjournd, carried unanimous, Conrad Smith Secratary January the 3,1871. the brethern met at the school House for the perpose of building this lime kiln. President David Robison presided over said meeting, meeting opend by prayer by W. M. Parker, minuts of the last meeting was read by the Clerk, which were excepted. The Directors brought in a report, they have bene up and examine the place, they com to the comclusion that we could build too kills with but very little more expence than one. It was moved by W. M. Parker and seconded, by Martin Heiner that we build too kills at once, carried unanimous. Moved and seconded that this meeting be adjournd, carried. Conrad Smith Secatary April the 1,1871 The Brethern met agreeable to appointmant at the School House. Presi¬dent David Robison presided over said meeting, Meeting opend by prayer by Bishup W.G. Smith. Minuts of the last meeting read by Clerk,which were excepted. Motion by Bishup Smith and seconded by James WorIton that Agent procede fourth with Buisness in selling and desposing of lime under the controle of directers, carried. Motion by James Worlton and seconded by David Robison that Henry Rock superintend the finishing of those lime kilns, carried. Motion and seconded that we change our general meetings to cuarterly in place of semianuly, carried. Motion and seconded that this meeting be adjournd till the firs day of July. Carried. Conrad Smith Secatary July 1st 1871. The brethern met agreeable to apointment at the School House in North Morgan, President David Robison presided at said meeting, meeting opend by prayr by the President. Minuts of the last meeting was read b by the Clerk, which was acepted, the agent report was cald for and was acepted. The count was balence of three months and there was no Divedent, the cost consumed the incom, it was agrede that the Directors hold a meeting on monday the 3rd, 1871 for to entering into som diferent meshurs of those lime kiln. The meeting was ajourned till the first of October. Dismiss by James T. worlton. Conrad Smith Secatery July the 3,1871. The Directers met in the School House for the purpose of going into some mesure of renting the lime kiln, They were all present, Meeting opend by prayer by James T. worlton. it was moved by James T.Worlton and seconded by Daniel Robison that we rent the kiln out, carried. bro Edward Gery being present, he maid a proposel that he wod furnish the coal, Quary the rock, fill the kilns, set them a fire and burn them, meshur up the lime, deliver it to the 1871 Edward Geary on contract Cr. Mets was present and refused to take the agency onless Bishup Smith wod acept him as such, it was moved by James T. Worlton and seconded by w.m. Parker that a comity of too be apointed to go and see George A. Davis and offer him the agency. W.H. Parker and James T. WorIton was appointed to act as such, Carried. It was moved by Henry Rock and seconded by Daniel Robison that if George A. Davis refuce to act as agent that this same commity will goand see Bishup Smith and se wether he acept of Bro. Mets as agent or not, Carried. Moved and sec¬onded that this meeting be adjourned. Conrad Smith Secatary July the 6, 1871. The Directors met in the School House in North Morgan, they all wer present. Meeting opend by prayer by W.M. Parker. Minuts of the last meeting redd by Clerk, which were acepted, the commity brough in there report , they have sene George A. Davis and he has acepted the agency, it was moved by Daniel Robison, seconded by David Robison that the re¬port of the commity be acepted, carried. it was moved by W.M. Parker and seconded by James T. Worlton that we a point George A. Davis as agent for three month, carried unanimous, moved by W.M/Parker and seconded by J.T. Worlton that George Heiner hands in all acount of the three month proceding and be alowd 6 per cent for the same and settle with George A. Davis for collecting for what is standing out, carried. Moved by W.M. Parker and seconded by James G.Worlton that we apoint a commity of too, to go and se the board of Directors of the Merchantil institution to se on the subject of Consolodate them together, moved by W.M. Parker and seconded James T. Worlton that David Robidon and George A. Davis be those commity, carried. moved and seconded that we ajournd.
