Over the next 30 years, UCC continued to work on projects in Mexico including dams, roads, mining, and canals. The collection contains several booklets and correspondence along with approximately 500 photographs. |

Show holders shall have the right to name at least half of the members of the board plus one and the majority of the members must be Mexican nationals. In the case of partnerships, at least 51 percent or 66 percent of the capital (depending on the type of concession) must be contributed by Mexican nationals or by government-approved companies. Before a mining company can be organized, its management must obtain written per-mission from the Ministry of National Patrimony and the Ministry of Foreign Relations. The application to the Ministry of Foreign Relations must be accompanied by three copies of the draft by-laws of the proposed organization. Two of these copies are submitted to the Ministry of National Patrimony for approval before the permit is granted. 23 |
