Show 20 THE ACORN game resulted in a decisive victory for Provo, the score being 64 to 6. The L. D. S. of Salt Lake and the W. S. A. of Ogden, met in Salt Lake on Feb. 3. The game was very lively and both teams played well. It was won by the W, S. A,, the score being 34 to 23. McKay and Manning played star games for the W. S. A., the former getting five baskets and the latter four. Emmett pitched very well, making eight baskets out of ten throws. The Belnaps were also in the game from start to finish. The game between the B. Y. U. of Provo and the B. Y. C. of Logan was played in the latter city on Feb. 4. It was very interesting and closely contested. Provo won the victory, the score being 22 to 14. On Friday, the 10th, the first game between the S SD and the W S A was played in the Pavilion. The Deaf boys played a plucky game but the team work of the academy five was too much for them, The W S A won to the tune of 43 to 7, played by the academy band. Spring Hats.
